In my experience, this is the best post office locally. Staff is always courteous and professional. Clean and presentable inside. Always delivered mail without any issues.

My packages were stolen from this location my package sat at this location from June 21
up until I put in a claim then they hurried up and sent my package but only to receive 5 items out of 38 out of it like why take from someone who work hard for their things and we put our trust in the postal service to handle our stuff with care but to find this to happen

Joe, who I see almost every day when I am doing my package drop off is the reason for this 5 star review 🌟! He is incredibly professional, friendly, and courteous. He has never once turned me away for having a few more boxes on a particular day. While every other post office has turned me away at one time or another that I have encountered. He is a gem who actually wants to do his job and he wears a genuine smile while doing it. It is always a pleasure to work with him!

I recently switched to this post office instead of the one in Addison (since that location is absolutely terrible and almost never open now) and I’m very happy I found this location! It’s very nice inside and the people are super friendly and helpful! I’ll be sticking to this post office from now on. Great staff and the interior is clean and nicely maintained. :)

never had such amazing customer service. my package was delayed by 10 business days due to union pay out on old timers and they helped me find the package and track where it was when there was no update on the tracking. I had to leave from Chicago and they were able to have it shipped to the hotel I stayed at and rerouted to nye with no hassle. I really appreciate not losing this 20 pound package.

We would like to sincerely thank USPS for their wonderful service! The team was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. They helped us process my husband’s passport quickly and without any stress. Everything was very well organized, and they explained every step clearly, helping us avoid any mistakes. I went here today for a passport appointment. Many people from my neighborhood recommend I go here cuz of great costumer service. Happy to say they were right. I think the person who attended me was Mark. He was very kind and very patient. Will most likely go to this location from now on.

This branch is the best in the area. Incredibly customer service oriented and the staff go out of there way to help you with anything. I don't go to any other post office but this one.

Today has been really stressful and anxiety inducing-- bit of a mess. But when I go in, the gentleman here was so unbelievably kind, calm, patient, understanding, and helpful. Those other reviews really weren't kidding. They're so nice. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often.
