I know for certain whatever needs done is exactly what needs to be done and that they're not going to search out 100 other issues to get an extra dollar. You get what you pay for these days and I'm always confident that I'm paying for trusting and knowledgeable service being done on my vehicle. “Staff are friendly and professional. Repair rates seem pretty standard.Plan ahead. We had to wait several weeks to get in for body work, twice - front and back bumpers, on an older VW. Once they have it, it takes a little while.My car looks beautiful now! Very professional work. They cleaned all the dog hair out of the car interior before we picked it up, and that was an unexpected bonus!I am not sure that repairing headlights is normally part of body work; I just made the assumption that it was. Each time we picked up the car there was a problem with lights. One was a headlight and the second time the tail lights did not work. They were quick to get it in to fix it, but when we picked it up the last time, one marker light doesn’t work. I just let it go, because I wanted to drive the car.I would certainly rely on them again.”
