Casey's has gone down hill bad at this location. Worked there for awhile and they sucked then, now they're just plain lazy and awful. Will not ever be getting food from here again, which is a loss on them since I live so close and have gone here for years. Just not worth it anymore.

I called ahead today while I was at work before I got off and used the automated service that answered and I scheduled the pizza for 6p, first I was happy with how easy the automated service worked, probably first one ever, also they were swamped when I went in there and you could tell the workers where overwhelmed, I expected problems but, none, they did a great job, I walked out with my pizza a little after 6 but it was completely reasonable for how busy they were, good job guys and thank you, I enjoyed my taco pizza

The managers and employees in here are constantly rude. The place is a bad joke anymore. I bought 2 energy drinks that were 2 for 5. Store promotion. It didn't ring up correctly. I explained the deal, and was told they didn't qualify. I explained that they are advertised 2 for 5. She tried to repeat herself aggressively, almost like she thought I didn't hear her the first time, but more like she thought she was talking to a complete idiot that came in to be talked down to while I'm paying the business that pays her check. So I told her "idk why you're being so snappy with me, I'm just explaining to you what the deal advertises."She then tried to flash her management status at me as a way to like... try to flex on me? I didn't ask her to speak to a manager, I didn't say anything really outside of trying to explain the store promotion, which apparently, meant she had to flex on me. She then proceeds to tell me I'm rude but that she's still gonna do the sale. Like it's some kind of generous deed for her to call me things like rude for trying to explain what the price says on the cooler and then for her to agree to do her job like she was supposed to just do in the first place. Not to mention, an employee was in the kitchen, off the clock, making food for herself. She then proceeded (the employee who was in the kitchen) to take her food to the counter while telling everybody how sick she was in her stomach. If you're sick, don't go back in the kitchen and handle the same food everyone else will be eating. It's common sense. But this place is more like a ghetto gas station than it is a respectable business on the main road in town. Also, the pizza is always disgusting anymore. Always dry, and they never put time stickers on them unless they get several complaints about it. Honestly, this place would do better to close for a week and hire all new employees.Also, as I was leaving, I told the cashier/manager "I apologize that you thought I was being rude"But she didn't respond. She just shoveled my change into my hand rather resentful and rolled her eyes at me. What a bad joke. Makes me sick to know it's these people handling your food. I'm seriously done going there until they can demonstrate better people skills and safer food handling practices. Because the fountain machine for soda is also consistently disgusting. There was dried syrup from the mix on the machine that has been on the machine every time I've been in there for the last 2 weeks. Big no-no. If I was a secret shopper, this store would be closing down and bringing in people from out of state to run the business like it's supposed to be ran until the company can find actual competent workers.Honestly this place has been going downhill for a while now. I'll probably call corporate to voice my concerns after this encounter. Sick of leaving reviews that fall on deaf ears. This has been a problem for over a year, & today was just the most recent encounter. No business should honestly be running themselves this way. Caseys is a huge corporation and the local employees acting like they think they're the law in these parts is gonna end up costing the corporation. Corporations don't like losing substantial sums of money to negligent employees through irresponsible hiring, practices, and principles. They don't like it when the people representing their businesses have attitude problems and make those problems your problems at 5:45 in the morning when you're trying to get your breakfast and go to work like you do every other morning. And they darn sure don't like it when it bothers their customers enough to write reviews like this that the whole public really should be aware of.

Nice staff . Long lines though. The food is on the expensive side if you are trying to grab a quick bite a sandwich( premade) ( turkey , chicken salad etc...) Will run you about $6 -$7 . The pizza here is always fresh and is amazing. A large cheese pizza is about $13 and well worth it. Probably the best pizza in town .

Pump refused to give me a receipt. I asked attendant for a receipt (after waiting in line for 12 minutes) and was given a receipt for the wrong pump. I went back inside to explain the mistake and attendant got very rude. The restroom was disgusting. It appeared as though a toilet paper fight had occurred. I was not impressed with my visit.
