I've been going into Jacksonville's Five Below every other weekend since the store opened. My children love it and the variety of products are fantastic!! The employees are friendly and there is one employer that has been there since opening she is fantastic at customer service! Always smiles and talks to kids and myself. Very rare to see this type of person in her field of work these days. Recently I've come in a few times and have been treated as im stealing by your new store manager. I asked one of you ladies stocking her name and title but can't remember name. She made me feel uncomfortable. I've never stole in my life nor been arrested .When I came in a few days later, the same lady and another worker was stocking product speaking unkind of another employee. Very unprofessional being your store manager. I don't believe my family I will be back. A shame cause other than unprofessional management we love Jacksonville five below

I recently visited the Five Below in Jacksonville,IL and was impressed by the spaciousness and variety of products offered. The large parking lot made finding a spot a breeze, and the store itself felt well-organized and easy to navigate.True to its name, everything in the store is priced at $5 or less, making it a great place to find affordable treasures for the whole family. While the selection of dress materials might be limited, kids will be thrilled with the vast array of toys, story books, and creative supplies. I even spotted yoga mats and dumbbells for those looking for budget-friendly fitness accessories.The friendly and helpful employees added to the positive shopping experience. They were readily available to answer questions and assist with finding specific items.Overall, Five Below is a fun and affordable option for anyone looking for something new or a small treat. While some might find the dress material selection lacking, the vast array of products for kids and the friendly atmosphere make it a great place to visit, especially for families.

The store was in disarray. Product all over the isles, empty shelves, large pallets of product all over, just a poorly managed store.
