Never failed to have what I need; friendly employees and the biggest bonus is that never once have I been harassed over my service dog like at some other stores. Thanks for making me feel welcomed here.

I believe there is two employees that working in your department in this location name Charles hicks Jr and Mr Kuhn who is responsible for cover up Charles hick jr’s sexually abuse allegations at their former work, Illinois school for the Deaf. Charles Hicks jr got away because illinois school for the deaf staffs, Kuhn triplets abusing Government agency as their payroll is on list, IDHS to win any court cases to throw all cases in nonexistent voids. After Charles hicks jr were on paid administrative leave and he went ahead to join working in this workplace with mr kuhn(he left illinois school for the deaf to working with that predator!). So now think about customers and do you think they will feel safe around those employees who currently working in this workplace?

Just need to vent a bit …..I went to our local Home Depot the other day … went in the double doors …. I had always assumed they were the main doors unless I needed construction materials…or something in the garden area. There were no less than 5 employees to help me if I were to return something…. ( I asked if they could check me out and they said they could not ) But to actually check out I needed to go to the 1 cashier working at the contractors load up area … she was very pleasant as she checked my few purchases…. After checking out I then had to walk half the parking lot to get back to my car …. Evidently they don’t care about the handicapped or elderly that might have issues with all the walking…

Normally I am a huge fan of Home Depot... however, this last experience has put a very sour taste in my mouth. We recently purchased an outdoor storage shed online and had it shipped to our local Home Depot. The first order we were notified was ready to be picked up so we went to U-Haul rented a trailer and drove 45 minutes to the closest Home Depot to pick it up... only to discover it had been severely damaged during shipping. We are fairly understanding people, so I asked for the item to be re-ordered. When the second order arrived I called the store to verify that the product was not damaged before going through the expense of renting a trailer and driving to pick it up at the store. I was put on hold, the associate came back on the line slightly hesitated and said no the product is fine you may pick it up.I commented, you had a slight hesitation... Is everything OK? Yes the associate replied, there is a small tear in the box but the product is fine. Great! We headed out two days later to pick it up arrived at the store and when they brought the box out it was very clear that a fork truck had speared the box once again damaging the product. I was beside myself, at that point I just wanted the refund. Extremely frustrating to spend all the time and money renting trailers to haul said shed home. Extremely disappointed in Home Depot!

Rude employees walk around looking dead and forklifts fly through the isles at 25mph and look at you like you're crazy for being in the isle (like hello, it's a store everywhere you look is an Isle why are you bringing a forklift down an Isle completely full of customers.)

Bushes and trees say 1/2 price (select) with no wayof knowing which are the “select”. Go to pay and none are half price. I guess it was the dead ones that were on sale. Have a special place instead of having to guess whos on sale
