“We have several gyms in Jacksonville right now and I have been to all of them. This gym is by far the best. The equipment and cleanliness of the location is extremely good. This matters to me alot! I can't stand it when things are dirty. I also have been training with Tez Turner and he far exceeds my expectations. He has so much knowledge and is so good at explaining himself so that I can understand the concepts - it is well worth it.”
“I love this place! I tend to go every day for pump and spin. It’s one of my favorite places and the people there are so welcoming. I started going about a year ago and do not regret it. Also , Rachael the owner is an amazing women.”

“Wow what a nice facility. We visited here for a swim meet for my daughter's high School. The pool was nice. Leave it nicer was the gymnasiums. Please looks brand new. Huge indoor track multiple basketball and volleyball courts. Workout areas are very nice. Wish I would have went to college somewhere this nice.”
