Customer service is lacking as they never get back to you in a reasonable amount of time.As a trash pickup service, their ability to actually do said service is lacking as they have missed 2 weeks in a row this month, and 3 weeks already in 2 months.If anything about your service changes, they fail to notify you about it via email, text, or account on their website.If you have another choice, go for that instead.Service: Trash removal & disposal

They raised the rates when they took over but yet my trash hasn't been picked up. I even tried to flagg them down and got ignored. Not pleased at all my trash is over flowing and they didn't pick it up yet got everyone else's on my block.Service: Electronic waste removal & disposal

When you buy out a company and have customers from that companyLeft hanging not knowing what day if any your trash will be picked up nor what or when your bill is due or the price Call after Call thats unanswered.On your questionnaire do you use this service well the answer is I have no clue

Since GFL has taken over, the phones are never answered and calls are not returned. I have called 4 times this week regarding our new statement we received on Tuesday afternoon and Nothing! They are billing for months we didn’t use their service and they have not picked up yet this week! Area picked up for my parents for decades and they arrived at the same time every week unless it was a holiday and it was next day. Looking for a new service!!Service: Trash removal & disposal

When the supervisor runs the Chandlerville route, he comes by at 8am. The normal route people come by at 10:30am. I put the container out when I hear the truck because he has 10 minutes til he gets to my house. After the third time of this, we arranged for other service. We have 2 weeks of service after today, except they picked up the container today, owing 2 weeks of service or 2 weeks of money rebated. The new service costs $63 for 3 months, Area costs $93. Area said they would match the cost, we said no. Going with a local company.

During business hours, you can take recycling here. You don't have to sort anything. It makes it really nice and easy as long as you are free during those hours. Plastics, paper, cardboard, cans, etc.

If you think giving us $255.07 after overcharging us by $2000 over the past 10 years is okay you are sadly wrong . You ripped us off plain and simple charging us door a service never performed.
