This JCPenney location is an older one. This store has aesthetics and great customer service!

I like this store sooooo much more than the Peoria Illinois store. Its cleaner. Not a giant mess. Love it.

Its so great to have this store in Jacksonville. Good variety and great prices. So much better than shopping at Walmart or ordering from job-killing amazon dDon't shop online. Support your local jc penney
