I needed to get rid of a really ugly sofa and came into the office to ask Zach if he had any ideas about who I could contact. He volunteered to move the sofa himself, which was a great relief to me.

It was easy to get the storage. It was nice that it was gated. I started paying $80 a month. A year later, I was paying $140 a month. The raise in prices with no prior notice, until it was time to pay again, was ridiculous.

The staff are easy to work with, communicate well, demonstrate great customer service, are professional and friendly. The unit was clean and exactly the size I needed. The area was gated and secured by a touchpad. The process to sign up as well as exit the unit and close my account was quick and effortless. I highly recommend Storage Express.

I am from a northwest Chicago suburb, unfamiliar with Springfield area. I needed a storage facility for my son’s things to keep for the summer. I drove past several storage facilities that looked sketchy and unkept. I came across Sroage Express and I pulled in front of the gate and dialed their number. A woman picked up right away and was able to do everything from inside my car I signed the contracts and even got a free lock inside of my assigned unit. The unit itself was very clean! Definitely recommend!

To complicated to set up . It’s a long draw out system and no person to person contact.I was fortunate that a maintenance person came.The print is to small. There should be a small office on side with a real life person!
