“My wife slid on the ice on the way to work this morning. Called Bill's Towing in Jacksonville illinois. Temps were in the teens btw. Michael showed up within 20 minutes, braved the winds, snow, cold temps and had the vehicle loaded on the rollback and on the way back to my house. Michael was awesome to deal with and extremely professional. If I need tow services again, Bills Towing will be who im calling. Thanks again Michael.”
