Liked my experience til the last day. Left a couple things in the unit and took lock off. They called and told me my lock was missing and let me know what was still in there. I told them that someone was on there way to get the rest. By the time my friend got there they had already stole the rest of my belongings. Just because the lock was gone did not give them the right to take the rest of my belongings. I still had a couple of days to get my belongings out.

It was night when I dropped the trailer and truck off at different times.
So, can't speak to their service, but a large, easy to access lot, with plenty of room to drop off equipment.

I rented a $90 monthly unit for two years while traveling. I just emptied my unit and was shocked and saddened to find both mouse and water damage. Water marks on furniture pieces and mouse droppings and destruction in several of my boxes. I’m still waiting for management to return my call which I’m thinking may never happen.

The gal who takes payments and handles things is very nice and knows what she is doing. I just wish dust and such didn't get into storage units. And sometimes you have to oil the doors if they get hard to open.

set up reservation for uhaul with the daily amount and mileage given. Showed up the day of and the price had doubled and was told I was a liar even though I had the reservation and was talking to the same woman. Won't use them ever!
