I had a large amount of savings in US Bank for several months and I did not earn a penny on interests. So I transferred my money out and ended up with a negative balance within 24 hours. They should give me 83 cents a day while they had my money in the first place. This is unfair.

The Bank staff is very polite and helpful. Karli Knox helped me to setup my accounts after deep discussion on my financial need. I am happy customer with US bank now.

Worthless…. They have “autopayments” for the credit cards account, but on holiday weekends they’ll take your payment out, on the weekend and tell you “we can’t process the payment until Tuesday” but they were able to take my money 4 days ago….
