Like with Daniel when he was here (and in Godfrey) ordering foreign currency, she was friendly, professional and just really great to deal with. I had passed onto her how I have come to like the professionalism and smiles from the teller staff. They greet me like to say hi and maybe a quick how are things. Thank you.”

“This branch makes you feel amazing. They are always so helpful no matter if you go in or use drive-through. Of course I always have a question, but never afraid to ask especially when they take the time to explain things (for instance with Kara the last time I popped in.) Customer service goes a long way and these individuals fully go out of their way for clients.”
