Was wondering if they had a machine to buy copies. And the employee was rude. No reason either I just entered the door. Didn't mean to interrupt you or to make do work. My first and last time in the store. Keep up the good work.

An item that I use daily was not in stock, staff members went to another CVS to get what I needed, it was available for me to pick up the next day.

I am not from Jerseyville but I was in town for a wedding so I filled my rx here. I’ve used multiple CVS stores and also worked as a tech at CVS for many years and I have to say this was probably the best experience I’ve had at one. I loved that the pharmacist knew almost every customer by name and she was so friendly. It was only her and one tech working and it was getting pretty busy but they were both so friendly and great at their jobs. I didn’t catch their names but to the pharmacist and tech working Saturday 6/17-you guys are doing great! ?

CVS in Jerseyville Il is my favorite place to shop for my family’s every day essentials. The associate’s are always available to help me when needed. I shop there every week and they are always helpful and friendly. I recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I don't like writing reviews, especially negative ones, but this CVS was bad enough that I'm making an exception. After waiting for several minutes at both counters, the employees were rather rude and short with me.They made me feel stupid when inquiring about a UPS delivery. Not a pleasant experience. Bad people skills!

This is a great place for drinks and spirits. The staff are really kind and helpful. The pharmacy is prompt and quick with service. With All kinds of personal care items. Its clean and shelves are always stocked. I have no complaints ?
