While traveling I had a problem with my new Ram truck that I had purchased at another dealership. I stopped at this dealer. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted first by a smiling salesman, then sent to the young lady at the service counter who was also eager to help. Huge shout out to the service technician Kyle who quickly fixed the problem on my 12 inch touch screen (which had totally frozen up) and sent me on my way.

Have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Keith St. Cin in our car purchases. I have bought several cars off of him at the Alton location and all of those purchases have turned out to be reliable cars. He gains an understanding of the customer needs and wants and works very hard to give the customer a great buying experience. He has been there through maintenance issues helping us through any service experience.

Have always had a fantastic experience with Quality GMC in Alton and Quality Auto Network in Jerseyville. Keith St. Cin has always bent over backwards for us and found us exactly what we were looking for! I have bought 6 cars from them myself and sent my mother and daughter there for their cars. They have always been very helpful and professional! It is my go to dealership!

We had the best experience here today! Dave Moore and the other two gentlemen were extremely nice and super easy to deal with! We had to take our 2 kids (ages 1 & 6) in with us and they were wonderful with entertaining them!! Highly Recommend car shopping here!
