Caroline Lee is an amazing customer service rep. Her multitasking skills are unbelievable. She was able to manage the entire Jerseyville store by her self. As we upgraded 4 phones she was able to help at least 5 others with their phones as well as a couple of other upgrades. To top it off she was a sweetheart during it all
