Staff was super polite and helpful for my daughter's bday party. They are closed Sundays and host bday parties that day which was super nice because we had the place to ourselves. The kids had a great time!

My daughter has been going cheer for three years. I can’t say enough about the staff and all their hard work they put in to get their teams ready for competitions. great gym for your children to attend.

Contrary to many, I generally only post good reviews. But this place had so many misses that I simply can't overlook them, and want to let others knowStaff was rude and ill prepared for the birthday party we attended. There was a sign on the front door that said the party we were there for was in the side room. We went around the side of the building and tried the first door: locked. Walked to the second: locked. So I thought maybe I was actually supposed to go inside to find the room. Went inside and had to wait for the two employees that were busy talking to each other to stop so I could ask. They told me it's the 3rd door on the outside. I said how would I know that? No answer. I said I gave up after 2 locked doors. I wondered to myself: Why wouldn't they have a "party is here" sign outside, or have written "go to the 3rd door" on the sign? Employee told me I could go this way, as she gestured. So we came around the desk and still didn't know where to go. I had to again interrupt them to say I clearly don't know where I'm going. Can you tell me where to go? I was just told "through that door". Thanks, not helpful, not friendly staffer. All could have been avoided by a useful sign telling me which side door to go to.The bar the kids swing on to go into the foam pit has high tension cables the kids have to duck under to climb to the platform. No guard or foam on the cable at all, except for at the bottom.We were 10 minutes late to the party. It took 10 minutes after that before a staff member even came into the gym. I'm not sure what she was supposed to do, but she just sat by the radio. Helping an occasional kid from the foam pit. The birthday girl's mom had to instruct kids on how to use the roller things, and the spring thing by the vault, and how to jump to the red cushion. Seems like all things the staff member should have been doing. Staff member saw my son go to use the bathroom, which was occupied. She heard me tell him he'll have to wait in line, and another parent say wait, we're actually already in line, yet she never mentioned the bathroom up front. Another parent told us there is a bathroom up front.My son had fun, but having had and been to similar parties at other businesses, this one ranks last. This would only be good for a party if you've already been here and know what to expect and how to instruct the kids

Very clean and the desk clerks were nice. It gets a little full but overall it wasn't bad. I'll be back to this location again.

I've never had a great experience here. We went for a free trial for a kids gymnastics class, and the teacher was short of patience and crabby. The 'open gym' on Friday nights is an absolute madhouse that brings out the worst kids/teens the area has to offer. There is zero security or supervision, the pre teens are foul mouthed and rude, and no-one does anything about unruly guests (drunk (drugged?) guy in the lobby for 2 hours swearing, harassing people, talking REALLY inappropriately to kids around him) and was only asked to leave right before close. If you bring your kids to open gym, I would stay with them, but fully expect they're going to bring home a few choice phrases like mine did. Thanks drunk guy. I imagine the bulk of the attention they give anyone here are the girls/parents that pay for gymnastics classes, which makes sense, and that the other 'activities' they offer are simply money grabs.

Great staff and awesome workout experience! The instructors do a pretty good job of motivating us. I've finished a few harder workouts that I wouldn't have on my own.

Everyone at this gym is very accommodating and friendly. The staff really knows their stuff and I actually feel like getting healthy is possible. I love it here!
