Didn't work
Went inside to pay, still didn't work
Then was told to try a different pump. I said no ill go to the BP.

Literally the worst gas station I've ever been to. Every single time I've driven there with the intent of giving them my money I always end up regretting it. Never open, always closing earlier than their hours say. One rude employee and obviously many lazy ones since they can't afford to keep someone there past 8:30pm.

Murphy Oil USA has a history of distributing bad gasoline across the country. Now it has happened to me in Illinois. They declined liability for the incident. Do not buy gas at Murphy.

Everyone that works here is so kind. I normally don’t write reviews but every time I come here anyone working is so helpful. Its also clean and shelves are always stocked up with great energy drinks and snacks!

Closes early. Online says 11. Store front says 1030. Yet they close at 10 every day. Looks like I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

This gas station in Johns burg,,Illinois has let the absolute most dedicated assistant manager Amy go due to another job offering her 21.00 and hour. This gas station is a chain and can absolutely afford to keep someone that valuable! Its 2022 an you get what you pay for. This lady was a dedicated hard worker that any business would value and want to keep, One valuable person it takes to keep and value too keep a business running smoothly is all it takes. I have one respect for a gas station that is constantly low on staff and poor management. This is the reason why they choose to underpay a valuable staff member that would clearly make things run smoothly because of not wanting to pay what the person is worth. Greed never succeeds. Promts to Murphys Johnsburg for continuing to let a great employee go and wondering why staff continues to leave! Go Amy I'm glad you found better you deserve it!

Girl at the counter had such a bad attitude i was looking in my wallet how much i was going to put , when i looked up BOOOOMMM her eyes were looking at me like i had done something wrong i was shock suprise by her attitude when she ask what pump i was at and i forgot because of how hard she was starring at me ?????????

Nice, newer, great location. Unfortunately most of the time the service absolutely SUCKS! Employees typically doing something other then working registers and moving customers out the door (on phone, looking at paperwork, talking w/ each other). The 'thinner' POC girl, in particular, is the worst of the worst and you will be in there for a while if stuck w/ her.
