“I called over a dozen pharmacies yesterday trying to get my medication filled and everybody else was out of stock. This Jewel Osco pharmacy not only had my medication in stock, they found a better discount card and saved me an additional $25 on my prescription. I didn't ask them to, they just did it. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech I dealt with yestersay evening were both amazing and their Customer Sevice was A++! I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Grab your coffee and sit back because I have ALot to share. I'm not sure exactly but I think at least two years now, (1: I moved out here and 2) I switched from Walgreens after many years of my service in wheeling and Palatine. This was the best and healthist decision I have ever made. I have never experienced such safe, personal, and caring team in my many many years of needing prescriptions or OTC needs. I don't care who comes to pick up their medicine, one of the pharmacists or staff immediately great and the kicker by NAME!! They play such attention to the meds you are taking as well as how you are personally doing! Denise runs a fun, relaxing smiling group of other pharmacists and staff. I could name them all. I feel safe cared about and get laughs for sure. There's 2 things I'm disappointed in 1) when your on the Jewel Osco app it mentions nice things about each department. I think you should mention something about benefits (you don't have to say what just end with like use our app to get in touch with one of our friendly pharmacy staff to find out ways to save on your prescriptions, shots and more, they should definitely be recognized like the other departments and 2) back about 6 months ago and again 3 months ago, I called corporate to compliment and express my trust with every staff member and Denise Coli, really treating her co workers as a pharmacy family and me and the customers. Both times they thanked me. Asked for my email and gave me a case number. They have NEVER responded nor acknowledged the kiddos from me but I'm sure they would act fast if it was a complaint. The fact that I am taking my time to express my feelings of safety, professionalism, humor,speed and smiles is really a , pardon me, damn shame. But you ve got this and I appreciate you taking the time to read my review and hopefully you can give balloons lol or a shout out to the OscoPhamacy Store #1518. Stay wonderful. “Pharmacist staff looks exhausted and over worked. Had a problem with not being able to get my refills on a prescription even though the prescription asked for it. The pharmacy manager was nice enough to walk me through the issues. The app software for some reason does not transfer refill information from prescriptions and I have to call each time I want one refilled. Not the pharmacists fault but shame on CVS. heard someone else having the same issue and wasn’t being as polite about it. If you’re having this issue call CVS headquarters don’t give the pharmacist a hard time they can’t fix it.”

“My experience with this Walgreen’s is always pretty nice. My two most recent visits were Wednesday, March 5th and Thursday, March 6th, 2025. It’s conveniently located right down the street from my house and has Trident gum, the only place I can seem to find them around Crystal Lake. I use it to pick up prescription medication and I love the drive thru option on a cold day. I’d definitely recommend this store. I also was able to grab some amazing birthday cards for some family members here. Only thing missing is the green walls, LOL.”

“Any time I need to call with a question, the wait time for someone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone is much shorter than my experiences with other pharmacies. With a different pharmacy chain in 2 seperate states, I've waited over an hour before giving up more than once per location and our wasn't even a "high traffic" time of day, but the absolute longest I've ever had to wait with CVS was 20 minutes in an unusual situation when they were understaffed during a busy time while the app was down. The average has been less than 3 minutes! All staff I've encountered has been friendly, professional, and helpful. They usually have good sales on vitamins & supplements. Aside from that, the one thing I don't like is their prices when something isn't on sale. Certainly makes the rewards program appealing and one can get coupons in-store, I they're random and may be for something you'd never need. The efficiency of the pharmacy is what truly matters to me and I feel they excel at that even if a pharmacist or tech needs to take 10 minutes to find information to help a customer (something not every pharmacy is willing to do), they're still pretty fast in comparison.”

“Walmart pharmacy is way better then walgreens! But when I pick up my medication they sure do like to make customers feel uncomfortable by staring at you the whole time you're checking out. And when I do come to walmart id appreciate people not sleeping on the walmart floor! That's completey disgusting.”
