“I called over a dozen pharmacies yesterday trying to get my medication filled and everybody else was out of stock. This Jewel Osco pharmacy not only had my medication in stock, they found a better discount card and saved me an additional $25 on my prescription. I didn't ask them to, they just did it. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech I dealt with yestersay evening were both amazing and their Customer Sevice was A++! I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“This pharmacy is so much better than Walgreens, CVS, and elsewhere. It's so much more organized and the staff are pleasant. I have a needle phobia, and when I went to get a vaccine, the tech used a helpful trick to lessen my anxiety. It's really nice to have a pharmacy where communication is effective and service is quick. I don't care that it's a little further away, it's worth the drive.”
“I’ve been using Osco Pharmacy in Antioch for at least three years now if not longer. Everyone there has always been super friendly and super helpful with any questions that I have. Convenience wise, another location would probably be better for me now that I’ve moved but I still come here because I really like the staff. I had an issue with insurance and they did everything that they could to help me figure it out and actually were able to make a difference. I’m really appreciative of them, especially during the holiday when I was Expecting to be hitting dead ends with my insurance issue until after Christmas.”

“My experience with this Walgreen’s is always pretty nice. My two most recent visits were Wednesday, March 5th and Thursday, March 6th, 2025. It’s conveniently located right down the street from my house and has Trident gum, the only place I can seem to find them around Crystal Lake. I use it to pick up prescription medication and I love the drive thru option on a cold day. I’d definitely recommend this store. I also was able to grab some amazing birthday cards for some family members here. Only thing missing is the green walls, LOL.”

“Pharmacist staff looks exhausted and over worked. Had a problem with not being able to get my refills on a prescription even though the prescription asked for it. The pharmacy manager was nice enough to walk me through the issues. The app software for some reason does not transfer refill information from prescriptions and I have to call each time I want one refilled. Not the pharmacists fault but shame on CVS. heard someone else having the same issue and wasn’t being as polite about it. If you’re having this issue call CVS headquarters don’t give the pharmacist a hard time they can’t fix it.”

“Any time I need to call with a question, the wait time for someone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone is much shorter than my experiences with other pharmacies. With a different pharmacy chain in 2 seperate states, I've waited over an hour before giving up more than once per location and our wasn't even a "high traffic" time of day, but the absolute longest I've ever had to wait with CVS was 20 minutes in an unusual situation when they were understaffed during a busy time while the app was down. The average has been less than 3 minutes! All staff I've encountered has been friendly, professional, and helpful. They usually have good sales on vitamins & supplements. Aside from that, the one thing I don't like is their prices when something isn't on sale. Certainly makes the rewards program appealing and one can get coupons in-store, I they're random and may be for something you'd never need. The efficiency of the pharmacy is what truly matters to me and I feel they excel at that even if a pharmacist or tech needs to take 10 minutes to find information to help a customer (something not every pharmacy is willing to do), they're still pretty fast in comparison.”

“I just have a thing for Walgreens. I love all the stuff and the convenience of a small store. One of the pharmacists is so hilarious! We crack jokes all thru the visit.
I read a lot of the other reviews and personally, I adore Ellen. I don't mind taking a bit of extra time at the counter listening to her stories. I think people are often in too big a hurry and care only about themselves.”

“Walmart pharmacy is way better then walgreens! But when I pick up my medication they sure do like to make customers feel uncomfortable by staring at you the whole time you're checking out. And when I do come to walmart id appreciate people not sleeping on the walmart floor! That's completey disgusting.”
