Open but no vision exams. What is the point of having hours on the weekend when they can't do vision exams? Pointless. Just be closed. I also don'f need a long explanation of how the person who answered the phone doesn't know of any places where doctors are working on Sundays. Say no when someone asks if there are any exams available. And don't then suggest someone drive furthet to a different store when you also don't have any doctors on a Saturday either. Also, who calls an eye doctor office in a medical emergency? What a waste of time.

They are great for last minute emergencies. Had a bad reaction to contacts & the Doctor got me in within 30 minutes.
Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Had an appt today at 10:30am. When I was checking in Gracie was very rude and unprofessional. She said “ oh you’re that girl that has something in her eye, well you need to wait. Then she took the customer that came in late for their appt. before me and said I would need to pay $100 before the doctor sees me. I stated when I called in the lady that spoke with stated the doctor will determine after he sees me. Then she came back and said it’s $60. while I was waiting a couple that were white came in, she was so nice to them and suddenly her attitude changed towards me, to show them how nice she is. What an CLASS ACT! I remember when my 11 yr old daughter had a first time try on contacts visit Gracie was saying to another employee “ well now I have to wait until she gets her contacts in.” After that my daughter felt to uncomfortable and we just took the contacts back home, which it should’ve been an exciting experience for my daughter. Such a disappointment! I guess if you’re not white she won’t care about you.

Dr. Nicholls has always known best when it comes to my vision. I have seen other doctors due to moving out of the area and they just don’t compare. Marissa is also very friendly and helpful! This location will continue being my go-to.

I always thought they were kinda rude, but was too lazy to switch to someone else. Today fixed that problem. They wont fill my prescription because its "been over a year," but when I look at the prescription they have me - they shorted me by 2 months! The prescription was only valid for 10 months instead of 12. So incredibly rude when asked a basic question, and apparently they're liars and time thieves too. Theres never an excuse to be rude to a customer that was nothing but pleasant. I just cant get over the gal.

Loved Dr Eric Nicholls . The tech girl who took my info, had me fill out paperwork, tested and took pics of my eyes was rude! She needs a lesson on how to be civilized!

This team is amazing. Kathy has been there for some time and my family and I really appreciate her. She is a pleasure to talk with and excellent at her work. Emily has also helped me multiple times. I'm a difficult customer when it comes to finding something comfortable, but this team has been absolutely stellar! Leah was a pleasure on the phone, wonderfully helpful and professional. I have never had anything but a positive interaction here. This team is amazing and I highly recommend them. Thank you all for your hard work. You show an incredible example of customer service!
