“Almost don’t want to share this but they will fill a prescription and have it ready within 20 min or less. At least that has been my experience. And it might actually be 10 minutes. They don’t treat their customers like the chain stores. So if my wait grows longer next time I am there then I know people have seen my review.”

“I had Jim at the pharmacy counter and he was so kind. That is rare to find such good customer service. He took time to find the cheapest options for be based off of what I was prescribed. Was so nice to have help when I felt sick.”
“As a member I got my flat tire patched and put back on for free. They even put my spare back under the truck, which was highly appreciated. The desk associate was very friendly. I'll definitely be going back should I ever need to.”

When I see all of these negative reviews it just blows my mind because I have been 100% satisfied with my West Frankfort CVS!!! They are hard working caring people who have always taken care of me. If you truly want a terrible CVS Pharmacy experience, go to Benton. Thank you West Frankfort CVS for being the hardworking people that you are!!!”

“Clean store. Clean restroom. Excellent produce section. Staff in produce are always helpful and kind. Some bare store shelves that are out of a lot of things , but it could be a supply issue.”
