Our beautiful WFPost office! What a landmark. The story is told that all the building materials for our post office were being shipped by train to Frankfort KY. There was a mix up & the materials were all unloaded here in West Frankfort! We have an amazing post 9ffice with an efficient, knowledgeable & very polite staff. If ya have to go to the post office, ours is THE BEST!! Inside & out!!

Accessible office, great hours, very friendly staff. They were very kind and accommodating to me. I will drive out of my way to do business at JC post office rather than any other surrounding towns.

NOT handicap accessible. And the lady and postmaster Jody that runs it has NOOOO intention of accommodating protected people under the ADA. Disrespectful. Rude. And flat out not following the law. How?Attn postmaster: How to fix this bad review: please install a drivers side accessible mailbox to drop off envelopes located anywhere in JC. Like every other post office does in their town. Thank you!!! Your community will benefit greatly!

Mail carrier did not take mail they're always sending other people's mail here I've had to mail back multiple things to the government and state! Ridiculous that they do NOT pay attention to mail going out!
