This 7-Eleven is the worst third third shift crew the woman that works third shift is rude disrespectful to the customers she'll take your money and throw your stuff on the counter it can land on the floor She really doesn't care the way she talks to people is terrible and the owner of the store will do absolutely nothing about it he can't run his business without having her well he can hire other employees and treat them better and he would have third shift employee and get rid of her so many people have said they are not coming back to that store as long as she works their third shift well he's worried about his business he should worry about taking care of his customers and get rid of a rude disrespectful woman that works there shame on them

I thought 711 having gas need to have rest rooms. As a census taker in joliet, I will no longer buy my gas or snacks there if they choose not to service their customer needs.

I am very disappointed that 7-11 has such poor management skills that they hire people that are rude to the customers. I have seen numerous bad reviews and I wonder why corporate doesn't clean house. So many people are out of a job, I am sure they can find better applicants to fill these positions. Thank you

I have no idea why there's so many complaints about this location from other reviewers. I've been coming to this location for almost six months a few times a week and have had nothing but great experiences. The owner and his wife are very friendly and accommodating, the parking lot is well laid out, pumps are new and easy to maneuver, they have a HUGE selection of snacks, drinks and booze and their prices are in line with every other convenience store in the area. No complaints from me just positive experiences

I will never purchase another item from this store. Lexi had Cleo in her Service Vest with her and a man who works at the store challenged Lexi saying she wasn't a real service dog. Lexi explained calmly that she was, this man got in her face and told her that she was lying. Mind you he was an employee in a 15 year olds face with no mask on. He required her to show paperwork that she was a real service dog. Lexi says ADA law does not required that and he was breaking the law. Lexi started shaking and left the store. I cannot believe how terrible this man was to my daughter.

Worst service ever!! Cashiers are always high on something! We witnessed them chasing a customer out of the store! I would give it less than a star if I could!

I go to different 7 elevens every day as I travel the state of Illinois for work. This is far and away the worst one. They charge you more than every other 7 eleven. I've been to at least 40 just this summer. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF
