I’ve been with AAA for years and just wanted to add onto my policy and Tim whoever was definitely not interested in helping it was like I was an inconvenience to his afternoon and down talked me to hurry me off the phone. Apparently they don’t need anymore policies they seemed overwhelmed. Joliet is the only location that has lazy uninterested people working there.

The employees have always been great every time we have been here. We used the financial services for assistance with investing for our future. Tyler R. was the one we dealt with. He was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us. Even offering to come in on his day off for us. We are older and asked a lot of questions and he was great with answering them all so we understood. We highly recommend working with him if you need financial assistance.

Service had gone downhill. My husband (AAA Plus Membership) was abandoned on the 355 expressway 6/28/23 9pm-12pm. No rain. No snow but tow truck arrival time was pushed back several times before cancelling. GPS location messenges were exchanged with driver.We dont pay AAA for my husband to have to risk injury doing (busy) road-side repairs 6/29, AM to get the vehicle on a side street. That, plus higher rates...not happy.
