I'm very upset because I applied online & wa instantly approved it took almost 2 weeks for anyone to even reach out regarding my order I had to call twice then I finally get a call & some info today. Upon my call the person confirmed my order & set up delivery which would've been for next week. He continued to give me a time range & stated that once drivers arrive the will check id & the id have to match the address they're delivering to. I'm instantly irritated because I just moved here I I'm trying to get a fridge & yall want me to be the person there to accept the on top of my id has to match my new home address. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order because with just moving me getting a refrigerator is way more important than updating my id right now. I hate that this just made y'all lose a customer

One thing I love the most is when people keep their word. Ashley with Aarons at the Joilet location has been not only professional but a woman of her word. She has worked with me, followed up as promised and has made my experience with Aaron’s an enjoyable one. I have been a customer for a few years now and the entire staff is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Rob is the most unprofessional "Bully" i have ever spoken with. He is rude and over talks while someone is talking. Arrons corporate should really retrain this "General Manager " on professionalism, customer service, and just basic manners. I also find it hilarious how he wants to threaten having an "arrest warrant" placed because I am 25 days late. I have told him for months to come get the Broken down furniture I could NOT afford it and he refuses.

This is the worst store I ever have came in contact with i got table and tv stand from December 7 they took a payment December 31st then reversed it I paid them January 16,2021 and here it is January 29 and they just took another payment now the first time they took a payment and reversed it my card was supposed to be off file like they stated and here it again a few weeks later and my card is still on file I can’t stand Aaron’s this have been the worst customer service I’ve ever came in contact with no one now anything I called corporate they don’t know anything I called the store they don’t know anything at this point I am so aggravated and I just want my card off their system.

Yuli went above and beyond for my needs. I was in a jam and she made it all better. It was an easy no stress transaction. She provided me the best options. That location did not have what I needed and she located it for me and arranged a quick delivery. What a wonderful asset to Aaron's. Customer service like hers is priceless!!

Rod Jr and Ronia from the store on Jefferson Street Joliet treated me and my husband with the best customer service we've experienced. Their patience and understanding in working with us in reference to financial abilities made us feel like we were important to Aaron's. If you haven't recognized already, they work excellent as a team. They both deserve a raise. Hold on very tight to them. You got something very special with them. Thanks for your help with our new furniture.

I just want to say I love how Rod Reed jr. took care of everything for me. From looking online seeing what was the best mattress and bedroom set for me. I’m in love with my bed thank you so much for all your help and working with me. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend this location to any of my friends and family. ❤️❤️
