I went into this location and asked questions about purchasing shocks. I simply wanted to know about buying a larger shock for a truck I purchased and wasn't sure of how much of a lift it has. The kid who helped me said they only make one size shock for my vehicle and there are no other options. Well, there are other options. I wanted to know what was in stock and would work best. He looked at his computer and said, "I don't know what to tell you." He then told me to take it to a repair shop and pay to have it figured out. He was very condescending and rude. This wasn't the first time I've experienced a lack of knowledge and poor service at this Advanced Auto Parts store, but it absolutely is the last.
I drove to Auto Zone, walked in, asked the exact same question, and was given several options for my vehicle. My business is earned and lost by the employees, and it seems like the people Advanced Auto is hiring are only getting worse.

Frank and the staff at this location rock. On one of the coldest days I had an afternoon battery deliema. Finally got my car down there where they were rockstars getting my new battery installed and me on my way to get my grandson home. Everyone was friendly with all if us crazies coming in for battery and wiper issues. Every time I go in there the service is great.

The GENERAL MANAGER AMADO MUNOZ IS A THIEF! HE MADE ME DELIVER PARTS IN MY PERSONAL VEHICLE AND THEN CALLED HR SAYING I STOLE PARTS (the parts were left in my vehicle and I had 0 idea of it. When contacting Amado about the incident after bringing the part back he threatened to call police if I informed HR.
