I delivered a load to this company, and after 10 hours, I’m still not unloaded. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No updates, no urgency, and no respect for drivers’ time. Honestly, they move slower than a turtle. I do not recommend dealing with this place unless you’re ready to waste your entire day waiting.

4 hours waiting to get a door still never got called. This place is a joke. And telling me that there is no open door. So if you have a live load you don't have a place here 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I had a delivery that was due at midnight. I got there at 23:00. Because I got there an hour early, the nice security guard (female and I forgot to get her name ( I was tired)) politely told me what I already knew, with live unloads you can only check in 30 minutes before your appointment. So, she pointed at a LARGE lot next door and said I could park there and it would be best if I came back at 23:50. I did, and when I came back, got right into a dock. It took them 45 min to unload half a trailer. They called me and trailer with paperwork was ready. I was still tired and no other load booked, so I went back to the lot and slept for four more hours. Not sure if I just got away with it, but I had no problem with parking or sleeping. I gave 4 stars because the staging area is kind of chaotic, but it works.

Long wait times – be prepared.
I read the reviews before coming here, and most of them mentioned 8+ hour wait times. They were right — I’ve been waiting for nine hours now. It really feels like the employees here are paid hourly, so they don’t rush and tend to drag things out — more money, less work. Just be prepared for a slow process. My advice: once you drop your trailer at the dock, go get some sleep instead of just waiting around. Not the worst place, but definitely not efficient 😇✊

I’m being as honest as possible, do not work at this building, it is not for you. Everything is broken, the building is very dirty, and you’ll be very upset when you go there.

Checked in 630 - for 7am delivery appt, got a dock at 8, was done about 930 am
Not as bad as it gets i guess, i saw only 4 trucks ahead of me in that trailer lot, later there were lots of trucks, locals and containers go in and out super fast tho, doesn’t make any sense to keep OTR drivers waiting this long.
UPDATE : second time here, waited 6h30mins to get unloaded, waisted a day and missed my next load! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!!

the appointment was scheduled for 9 am y driver arrived at the facility promptly at 8 Aam, well ahead of the scheduled time However, the unloading process has still not started, and it is now 3 PM 7 hours of unnecessary waiting!
this is an UNACCEPTABLE waste of time, Such delays are incredibly frustrating and disrupt our schedules., this level of unprofessionalism is disappointing and shows a lack of respect for carriers' time,
The facility urgently needs to reevaluate and improve their operational processes to avoid such inefficiencies in the future. Timeliness and effective communication are essential in this industry!

HORRIBLE!! Appointment was 2 I show up at 1 wait at the yard till 6 for a door go to turn in paperwork after I put my trailer in a dock everyone is on lunch and don’t come back for an hour and a half! NEVER AGAIN will I come here! Should be a ZERO STAR!!!!

Why is there no negative score to comment on?? MQJ1 should not be closed, the repository should be shut down! Compared with other warehouses in IND9/FWA4/IGQ2, this should be an entertainment center for the elderly! With a self-unloading turntable for more than 12 hours, you can wonder if they're lying on it and riding a roller coaster!

Do yourself a favor, don’t pick a load that delivers at this location. I had 2 prior stops before this one and I’ve been waiting a longer time than the 2 prior stops combined. I’m only giving them 1 star because zero is unavailable.

Appointment was at 8:00 checked in 7:30 they told me to go park in there extra lot told me to go to bed because it could be up to 4:00 to 5:00 maybe even 10 hours before they could even get me in the door and then another 10 hours to get unloaded because it was a floor load do not take loads to this location

Currently waiting to put the trailer in a door..arrived at 0845..appt was at 10..its now 1:37 still no door I wish I would have read the reviews before accepting this load...

Last time been here 2 years ago, nothing changed in that time , if you have delivery here , you’re are done for that day! Truckers stay away !
