“It was great. Michelle and launa are so sweet and helpful and we're very patient with me and I really got the feeling that they were genuine. As long as you respect and realize how thard they work and how many people a day they have to deal with and your patient with them they'll be patientand helpful with you.For instance I wanted to see a certain unit but i really couldn't find the time to come back that way. Michelle suggested sending me a very helpful video of that type of unit that answered all my questions and she responded in the quickness. I love that about her.... and no matter how many questions I asked them. They answered all of them until I understood all the details.”
“I’ve been living here for almost a yr and to be honest I don’t really have any complaints other than deliveries bc they can’t access our building oh and my car getting stolen last winter but the halls are clean the laundry room is clean and they always try to keep the grass nice and cut. Yes there’s dog poop here n there but that’s not on the property’s fault that’s on the dog owners .. oh and the rent .. it’s definitely pretty pricey.. but again everything went up these past couple yrs ?”
