Well first and foremost i'd just like to say the representative named Jazz was very patient, polite, and extremely professional P.S. I honestly both believ as well as think she is definitely 1 of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure of assistin me.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They did nothing but lies and literally stole a phone for a turn in. They did say they fired the guy for being shady but no credit for phone this was to a 78 year old woman. When mine They said would take on trade gave me their phone I went to turn in old one and than they said they wouldn't take it, this was within the 7 day return policy, I told them cancel everything the manager stepped in said she would get "another" phone so I would get the discount, after 7 day return policy nothing, customer service has no record of any phone being turned in amd cannot do nothing after 7 days. This store should be shut down. Hopefully BBB or other outlets will help to close them or at least practice integrity. There more stories but everytime I think about that store or AT&T my blood pressure rises.

Steven and his support staff were excellent. They provided the best customer care that we could’ve asked for. My phone has excellent performance now. This is the third phone that my family has chosen to upgrade at their store because of the great service they provide. If you use AT&T, I recommend going to the store off of Larkin and Jefferson.
