I went today (12/10/24) to the Collins St. Store ( Joliet , IL) to buy a replacement lightbulb for my headlights. I returned after 4 pm when there was more help in store . A young man named Ramon helped to replace the bulb for me .
He offered immediately to help . It only took him 15 minutes to replace the bulb . He was very polite, courteous and an excellent employee.
