Everytime I have placed an online order and have waited the time when I show up it still isn't pulled. Not only that the staff looks for maybe 30 seconds and then says they don't have the part. Every single part I have ordered they "don't have it". The only they had the part was when their supervisor pulled my parts after someone had just told me they didn't have it.

Don’t come here AT ALL walked in this morning from opening front desk guy couldn’t get his name was very rude from the moment I walked in and explain the situation with my car and laughed at my face when I asked about help with my headlight DONT COME AT ALL

Last night around 9:30 pm a young gentleman handed my fiancé the wrong size headlight bulb for receipt number # 396421. Despite giving him the registration with the VIN number included. This morning I returned around 11:30am along with my fiancé and a sweet young lady by the Name of SOL got it right in a matter of seconds. She is the a great example of great customer service, she should be recognized and get a raise or maybe a a promotion. End result, I was pulled over by state police and given a warning. Had this not happened I would have not thrown my joint out the window. Auto Zone owes me some Za. Again Thank you Sol!!!! 🫡

I'm leaving a one-star review to the store for having Kim alone trying to help all the customers in line and the other people just walking around instead of helping. But I give five star review to Kim who helped me get what I needed and also help the rest of the line and give them great customer service.
