12/31/2023 by 4 pm.... store manager don't want my return, he say am installed and he can't return the money to me, but am never installed just buy the wrong part, he just racist, its just the store manager the problem... the other Staff its really nice and helpful but me and my staff never come back.

Called the Shorewood/Joliet AutoZone to see if a specific part was there. Talked to Stan the Manager and asked for part number XXXXXX. Told him what is was and what vehicle it was for. Then he tries to sell me a blower motor I KNOW isn't right because my AutoZone gave me the correct part number. I even called my store back to confirm the part number. When I called back to this store, I asked for the manager and Stan said he was the "Manager." I again asked if they had this specific part number in stock because its the one I needed. His reply "Oh yes. I just counted it last week. Didn't really seem to care about the customer service. I will not be doing business with this particular store and will advise my friends and family to avoid the Shorewood store. The point is, a customer asks for a particular part number and you try to sell them the wrong part from the get go without listening to the customer. Shame on you Stan!!

Had to get a new battery and help purchasing items to bring my car up to the best standards, and Peyton and Brenden were so helpful!! There was no hesitation on their part to give the best suggestions for what I needed and they changed my battery so quickly! Highly recommend this store!!!

Ron, Payton and Kraft were absolutely amazing and helped me out in every way I’ve never been to a better AutoZone. Drive the extra 10 minutes to come to this location instead of Larkin.. the Plainfield AutoZone actually cares about the customer.

I had an important appointment and my battery light came on. I stopped in and Bri helped me to get set up with a new battery and to get it installed (all in about 10 minutes in the cold weather). Very happy with the service I received!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Went in to pick up an order that was payed for. They couldn't find it even though I was told it was ready to be picked up. Everyone stunk like weed and they had all clearly just smoked. 20 minutes later they still couldn't find the part and I ended up having to pay more for something that was easier to find. Is the bare minimum too much to ask for nowadays?

I was quite more than "a little" annoyed when my "Next Day" delivery took two days; then my same-day delivery sent the wrong tools that was based on the exact vehicle recommendation on AutoZone's website. I've now wracked up $30+ in delivery fees to correct it. I understand technology/delivery is still at the stage of working out the kinks, but that is the cost of doing business and shouldn't added to MY bill. I'll address this separately w/corporate. The store manager, Bri, at the servicing location took the time to help me find the right combination of products/rentals and she came up with a plan to get them delivered to me QUICKLY. Bri's common-sense approach is quite refreshing and shined some calming light on an otherwise 1-star experience.

Had an issue with wipers for my Volkswagen, Bri C helped me right away. Took a look at the issue and directed me in the right way. She even walked out to my car to take a look. Great service. Thanks!

Jim L was helpful and kind. The store was short staffed and he was so patient while I decided which battery to get. He provided me with everything I needed to change the battery as well as tools to change the battery in the parking lot.
