I was having problems with my Samsung phone. Even though they don't help with a virus, the 2 gentlemen in the store looked through my phone and found the problem and fixed it! I so appreciate them.

I've been a customer for years. I like your webpage functionality. Searching is easy. I found a range of options and chose what I needed. Prices seem fair compared to other sellers. Ordering easy, picked up what I ordered later, easy in-n-out. Core charge credit easy. I was buying a motorcycle battery so the store rep figured it was stored over winter-time. He recommended disconnecting battery over that time and limiting trickle-charger use, I assume to extend the life of the battery. I was also reminded to use some installation specific washers that came in the package that must improve cable connectivity.

Suzanne Smith is my mom I would have came here for a repair for my S6 Active But What my mom went through I'm never gonna come here again And my mom It's truly disappointing how I have to watch her fall to the ground with no phone and scamed out of a $110 Because of this place Apparently the display replacement wasn't A proper part it only lasted 3 days I'm Really disappointed in you batteries plus. Cost me $110 to have the display on my phone replaced. 3 days later when I had to swipe to unlock my screen, it went black and never came back on. Since it was useless, I asked my asd son to take my SIM card out so I could try to use another phone in the mean time. When he did he added a screw to the mother board. I brought the phone back explaining how the display went out after it prompted me to unlock the screen. They called and said that somebody else opened the phone so they were not going to honor their warranty. They wouldn't even contact whoever they got the part from to see if I could at least get a new WORKING part to take somewhere else and pay, yet again, for it to be installed. So, I'm out $110 and am in the same exact situation as when I brought it to them. So, I would say save yourself the $ now and don't even go. I'm the only parent of a special needs child and am on very limited funds. I made that clear the first time I was there. I couldn't afford to be screwed over like this. How awful. What an awful way to conduct business. Never again.
Edit: Called the number posted in the reply and they said too bad. Don't pretend like you give a crap about your customers to try to lessen the blows from the reviews you get. You are getting horrible reviews for a reason. I hope I can save people from getting ripped off. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY from this place unless you just like to give money away for absolutely nothing in return.

I requested an appointment for charging port repair after I tried to DIY fix it but wasn't able to. When I went it they quickly assessed what was wrong and apparently was a quick fix cleaning job which obviously I dint do the right way. But they could have kept the phone and potentially charged me for changing the charging port.
High ethical standards and a business you can trust.
