My tires were very low. Sadly I didn't get the associates name that filled them for me. It was bitter cold and she came outside and insisted on helping me. That was so kind of her.

Corey really pissed me off! I pre-ordered a tire Saturday and was told it would be there by noon Monday… I arrived by 1pm Monday for them to check me in and have me waiting 1.5hrs before telling me my tire didn’t arrive with the tires load that came in and they had to send someone to Joliet to pick up my tire… VERY INCONVENIENT! I wasted a lot of time for absolutely nothing at all. They ended up refunding my money and I left. COMMUNICATION IS KEY AND THEY MADE IT CLEAR THAT THEY DEFINITELY DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYONE’S TIME .

Went in today to get 4 new tires, oil change, and an alignment. Christine was absolutely wonderful! She helped guide me on all the right choices and was extremely knowledgeable. I’m very thankful for all her help. I really feel like she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I really don’t see myself going anywhere else but to Belle Tire!

Don’t have a mechanic in town and my tire so happened to go flat right around the corner from belle tire on Jefferson street. Dropped my car off and the very next day I got a call , Christine was super polite and helpful , they fixed my tire fast ! And there was even a nice heartfelt message on the last page of the receipt , goes a really long way, thanks to the crew and I will definitely be back 🫡💯

I made an appointment for a tire repair/replacement, but showed up to the wrong location by mistake. The staff at the Jefferson St location got me into their rotation, and on my way in under an hour.
The staff was very courteous and explained the issue and options. I appreciate their flexibility and efficiency.
Chris and Steve were very professional and welcoming. Thanks Guys!

This place needs to be investigated. Me and my husband had a warranty on a tire up to three years we purchased from them. When we went to see if we can get any help the older women with glasses was very rude and her deposition was off. She went to do the tread depth measurement and said we were right on the line but we didn’t qualify even though we had a three year warranty we purchased the tire in 2023. She didn’t even ask for the VIN number to pull my Warranty information up for my car. This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with the Belle. the customer service was terrible. Never would go to the Joliet, Illinois location or Jefferson again in my life.

J.J. was very professional with setting up the appointment and keeping me informed with what the diagnostic was going to be on my car. I was able to obtain financing which helped out alot. Also the pricing was very reasonable! I would recommend
