I walked in here today at 4:30 looking to either put activation on my phone or get a brand new phone and activate it there. The employees were quiet when I walked in and I walked up to them letting them know why I was there. They told me since they close in 30 minutes they can’t do any activations. I bought an Uber to the store and was turned down. Then they proceeded to tell me I can try to set up activation through customer service, but that their customer service is down. There were 2 very unprofessional ladies. I have walked into a Verizon store 20 minutes before they closed and they kindly assisted me much after their closing time. I’m very disappointed in my experience. A total waste of 20$ for an Uber there and back.

Went in to get 2 phones upgraded expecting to pay over 500$. The store rep Daniel went above and beyond to check my account and all available deals. Left paying a lil over 300$. I was very happy with the service I received. This will be my boost store whenever I need to go in-store. Thanks so much Daniel. ??
