On several occasions visiting this store (on Larkin Av in Joliet, IL) I experienced sub-par customer service. One in particular was where I was at the register and the lady cashier was on the phone having a heated conversation with whomever and i felt uncomfortable with the amount of foul language that was used. This store seems to be wide open. People were seen entering and leaving the Joliet store through other doors other than the the front door with merchandise and entering vehicles parked both on the side of the store as well as the back of the store. It seems as though the staff doesn't even care about whether or not people are stealing. You could literally walk out of the front door and the staff doesn't do a thing.

First time being in here was yesterday. I went in to find a jacket. I didn't know they had SO MUCH STUFF BESIDES JACKETS! They have home decor stuff, furniture, clothes, shoes, tools, kitchenwares, and a bunch more! And the best part is that you can tell alot of it is on sale. I got a pair of Jordan sweat pants for $9.99...they're 29.99 online. I also bought some Michael Kors boxers 3pr for 19.99...they're 49.99 online. And yes, I checked the tags, it's authentic. Also the two employees i spoke with were very friendly and helpful, and the place is clean. I'll definitely be going back for people's Christmas presents!

Donna was amazing and super helpful. I come to this location all the time and I believe that she is new. She will definitely be moving up the ladder to management I can tail. I was super grateful on how patient and knowledgeable she was. It felt good to see an employee that wanted to be there instead of being angry and cranky. Great job Donna.
