Came in to start a checking account. Waited over an hour and a half. This place has the worst customer service. To many employees standing around. I would rather go to the DMV.

@chase While I appreciate the fact that the businesses want to close on time. I was politely told by a teller that the current customers w/ the bankers at 1:30pm on a sat are their last customers received for the day and wouldn’t be accepting more. If that’s the case, the door should have a sign stating “Last call for bankers at 1:30, and/or half hour before closing”
Make your timeline known in black and white.
This is the second branch one I was told the same. The first one just flat out told me there wasn’t a banker on Sat at 1pm. That was a NJ. branch.
If bankers don’t want to work on sat, then let the customers know. It’s not that hard to let customers know in black and white what and when services are available.

I come here numerous times and there’s always a problem with either ATM no working properly so there is a line that is always long it shouldn’t be stressful to get my money out or have to go to a different bank or get a ATM fee because I have to go to a different bank F that! We are thinking about switching bank now screw Chase!

Worst worst worst chase bank ever. They sit on their personal phones and ignore customers. Took almost an hour in drive up just to cash a check. You can literally watch them thru the window chatting and not helping drive up.

Every time.
I come here.I think it's the worst experience.But then the next time I come it's worse. will guys pack some food and water for the wait at this place. Expect forty five minutes to an hour in the drive through or the lobby makes no difference. No customer Service, absolutely, not a single second of it. They have the indecency of saying thank you for your patience after 45min wait.

Last name Martinez is all I remember lol and the newer female working there were very nice and tried their best to help me! I’d recommend them to anyone in need for help with anything in this bank!. Took their time to help me despite my situation and the little help they could’ve given me I still left happy because they did all they could. Very professional. Thank you to the both of you!.

Refinanced and went with a different bank. Chase sent me a check for my leftover escrow but since I no longer have a checking account with them they will not even cash a check that is from them over a certain amount And they wonder why people are pulling all of their money out of banks
