Refinanced and went with a different bank. Chase sent me a check for my leftover escrow but since I no longer have a checking account with them they will not even cash a check that is from them over a certain amount And they wonder why people are pulling all of their money out of banks

This is a full service branch that always appears to be fully staffed. Regrettably, the service I usually receive is modest at best. Today, I waited a very long time to be serviced by a teller. The line behind me got longer and longer as we all waited. One teller was assisting another customer with a complex situation. The other tellers were working together on a computer and asked us to wait. I would expect that Chase would hold the servicing of their customers as a top priority. Regrettably, this is not the case.

Everytime my husband I attempt to use the ATM there seems to be a problem. Either one or both are not working. Being a high traffic area Chase should do a better job of maintaining these machines. For example today is a Sunday around 8, no cars around. You have to use one ATM to deposit and another to withdraw.. unacceptable.

The tellers inside were informative in that they made me aware that my request could not be performed within the branch. They pointed me in the right direction with tips on how to solve my issue faster and ultimately their advice helped me out a lot. Outside ATM, the west most terminal is spotty jump to that first one for more consistent service.

4 ~ 6 ~ 2023: I was here in the drive thru around 4pm I was approached by a Hispanic woman not sure of her name but she was extremely RUDE n INSULATING on top of it!!! I told her my drivers license was expired so I said I used my Medicare card for identification at other chase banks. She rudely insulted me n said aren't people over 65 only post to have it? I said no plp that deal with illnesses that can't work get excepted for it also. She is gonna say since when do you guys except Medicare identification cards in a cocky way. I said the last I was with my mom n she didn't have it on her anyhow n I've used it as well at other branches! I was trying to take money out for my mortgage for the month n she declined me n told me I had to come in rather n I said whats it matter my ID matches my insurance card n I have my debit card as well for proof also its me. I understand you guys have rules n regulations but the way she spoke was way out of line! I was trying to finish talking to her about all this she muted me n walked away as I was talking n told me have a nice day!!! She has short blond curly hair. l'm baffled on how plp talk to you at jobs if it's not the right field of work pls strike out for me n do everyone a favor n find something that suits you else where! As far as I can see here are this specific location the customer service is ignorant by far I'd have to agree on the other reviews ive read also!!!

Horrible customer service. Wait time is an eternity. 10 people in line and growing and the bank tellers are non-existent. A whole lot of nothing going on and no sense of being quick. Slow as molasses. These people are the worst.

I have been banking with chase for many years. They are a great company I love there app their staff is kind. I was scammed unfortunately an chase employees told me they can do nothing to help me it’s an unfortunate situation and they can’t give me any forgiveness nothing. They said it is what it is and most I can do is stop banking with them. A company that’s probably with a million dollars turned me away after someone else ran a scam on me. Times being as hard as they are right now i really thought someone wanted to help me and they hurt me. Took so much. I’m just stuck I’m a single mom to babies and I’m just stuck.

Customer service is the worst I've seen. I sat in the lobby waiting for 35 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. And once someone came out of their little glass office, I was told I would have to have an appointment and they didn't know when they could fit me in. (Saying all of this while not even giving me eye contact) Racial? Could be. Ignorant? Absolutely!!

I swear this location is a joke!!!! Incompetent employees all of of them!!!! Waiting for over 2 hours to try and figure out why my account was closed and $4500 went missing with no trace!!! Somebody is getting sued that’s for sure

Wish i would have looked at her name tag. Went to close my card because of fraud & requested a new one. She told me there was a $5 fee to get it rushed (1-2 days) which i wanted because i needed to pay things, 3 days go by nothing was done. She never even closed the card glad no other charges were taken out. On top of that i was forced to go in because no one answers the phone agter i called over 5 times.. customer service here sucks i’d say.

If you need to open an account look for: Jose Montes De Oca Morfin. I went in today to re open an account due to a situation and Jose was the one helping me out. Although they closed at 5:00pm our appointment took a little longer than we expected and Jose never showed that he was in a rush to try to leave the building nor was he rushing for things to get done so he could leave on time. He was very helpful with the whole situation and kept me informed through each step of the process. I left the building happy with the help of Jose. Highly recommended!

Come to this branch and not the one on Plainfield Rd. in Crest Hill! Ask for Jose A. Montes De Oca Morfin.This man is a rockstar! After my horrific experience at the Crest Hill branch (trying to open a savings account), I was ready to close my accounts with Chase all together.
