I stopped in on Friday November 1, 2024 & had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Paige & Nicole. They provided exceptional customer service. My husband & I then returned on Saturday November 2nd & was greeted with a warm welcome by Kelly. We added a new account & she was extremely patient, friendly, & knowledgeable. Thank you ladies for the great service!

Trying to call to get information before going into the branch so I don't waste my time, but they DO NOT answer their phone no matter what time you call. No way they're busy 24/7...

The biejas are very stupid with the Latinos, be careful, they feel like owners of the bank, try to put a check and they won't deposit it and they stamp it on me because I couldn't deposit it anymore or in my other account, don't go to this location, avoid problems these people are trash they treat you like dirt don't go this location

I went into the bank yesterday to deposit a business check. There was only me and another lady at the ATM in the bank at this time. Two tellers and the bank manager at his desk. The girl told me that I would have to wait while she finished what she was doing to be attended. I waited patiently for about seven minutes. She finally called me to her window and I handed her the check to deposit in my account. Meanwhile, she kept looking at the computer and looking at me, I asked her what seems to be the problem. She stated that she wasn’t sure if she can deposit the check. The check was endorsed to my company for repairs & stamped by chase own deposit stamp with my company name on it. I offered her my ID and my business debit card so she can confirm that it was me. Ha ha ha ha Meanwhile, she never made eye contact with me during this whole transaction. I told her that every time I come in here to deposit a business check there’s always seems to be a problem. This was the third time coming to this branch and having problems depositing checks into my business account. It’s more than 10 minutes still waiting as she continues to look at the computer to see if she can deposit this check. Never once did she call her manager over to ask if this was correct. Again I asked what’s the hold up in depositing this check! The manager hearing us both go back-and-forth on this issue never got up to see what was going on at the front desk. I proceeded to tell her that I had more than enough money in my account to cover the entire check. Fifteen minutes have now passed and she can clearly see that I’m upset. She still staring at her computer. After asking again what’s going on; she said that if I can’t wait then I can take my check to another branch and have them deposit my check. I took my check and left the branch. I never felt so discriminated against. I am Hispanic small businesswoman dressed in sweatpants, maybe they thought I stole the check because of my appearance. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office on this branch.

Don't bank with them!!! They just had an "update" and no ones debit card is working rn and hasn't been working. Of course they have no solution.

What an horrible experience! Chase you have 1 person at the window and 3 tellers and a Bank Manager floating and I couldn't get my mortgage issue taken care of today!!!! The teller went to the manager who's sitting on his throne and didn't want to engage with me about resolving a computer glitch in your system! I see why the reviews are continually BADDDDD!!! A bad system with bad protocol!!!!

My daughter opened an account and added me to her account. I needed to stop in any Chase branch to sign a signature card/device and show an ID. I entered the branch on Essington Road and approached two employees that were chatting in a cubicle. I explained why I was there and was told “ it’s not that easy”, “you need an appointment. How about two hours from now?”. There was not a customer in the bank. Asking me to come back two hours later just because they were too lazy to look up my daughters account and sign a signature card is ridiculous. Two employees doing nothing and not a customer in sight, but too busy to take care of a simple 30 second detail. I will never set foot in there again.

I deposited a large check into my account and of course it was placed on hold. However, I was told that Chase do not release any amount to be available, such as $225. However, I read by law banks are to make available at least $225 of the amount being hold. In addition, I deposited my check on 8/18 and told funds will not be available until 8/29. If I had known this, I would not had deposited this amount into Chase.
