I had an unfortunate encounter with an employee that probably racial profiled me. I went in to deposit a check that I’ve deposited there a few time already. The Hispanic girl advised the other girl to not do it because she didn’t feel comfortable. She proceeded to speak in Spanish to the two other ladies in front of me, which was very rude and they said that I’ll have to come back and have a manager deposit a basic check. This is outrageous

I’ve visited this branch twice, and both times, the experience was beyond disappointing. It’s hard to believe the staff here are qualified to assist customers. It feels like they’re just there to pass the time, doing as little as possible.
The first time, I went to inquire about opening an account for my kids. Instead of helping me, they told me they couldn’t handle it at the branch and directed me to call a number. Why even have a branch if basic services aren’t available in person?
The second visit was even worse. I was 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment to open a business account, and because their “grace period” is only 10 minutes, they refused to assist me. The appointment was scheduled for an hour, yet they claimed the process actually takes 75 minutes. How can they schedule an hour-long slot for something they know takes longer? The lack of professionalism and accountability is mind-boggling.
This branch is an absolute waste of time. The staff seem unqualified and uninterested in helping customers. Don’t bother visiting—they clearly don’t value their clients or take their jobs seriously.

No one at the counter and people behind the desk just stare at you instead of offering help, and only 1 out of 2 terminals even working. No customer service at Chase anymore I can't wait to find a new bank.

I am coming from another bank that has horrible customer service. Chase is the first bank I walked into and everyone was very welcoming and helpful as soon as walk into the door. There was a 10 minute wait not bad at all. Silvana Wallen Is a very sweet and patient individual. She answered all of my questions perfectly and got me all set up without any issues. Highly recommend this bank to anyone and specifically Silvana Wallen to help you.

When my wife's outstanding private client banker moved out of state, so did the personal service. Her replacement is an absolute dud.In addition, frequent outside ATM's are out of service, and no public restroom at this branch.This location's sole benefit is a safety deposit box. I'm told it's a rarity.

Chase should recognize Beatriz!! She's kind, patient, and professional. Not only did she help with my product needs- but she also helped answer additional questions. She stands out as an exemplary Banker. Management should take notice of this talent!Thank you to the Lobby associate as well for checking me in to the appointment. Tried deposit coins and the teller told me to count them and roll them myself
