The store has lots of good stuff, but the attitudes of the employees are awful. Very rude and not helpful. I only give it a three because of the products. Customer service would be 1/2 star.

As big as this location is customers should be able to place there order online and pay and pick it up since most of our retail stores do online shopping… that would be an great idea if the owner would take it in consideration

I bought an item from them and when I arrived home I discovered that the item I bought is defective. I tried to change it with my receipt but the Manager was very Rude and won’t accept the item.I won’t buy anything from that store anymore!!!Every time I go there I spent more than $100 on that store! I bought all my wigs and stuff in there because I have Stage 4 Cancer and I’m wearing wigs all the time!! I am so disappointed!! The Manager was very Rude! I will gonna find a new Store again!!

My visit went well but I give four stars. There are new staff and I miss the old employees who were just so down to earth and assisted me with help. It use to be an entire experience. They were honest and held conversations. I recall one time, one of the old employees told me, " Girl that wig is not for you and deep down I knew she was correct. ? However, the staff there now are professional.
