“Replaced the optical drive on my Alienware M15x and was having a boot issue. After struggling with Dell customer service I called Velocita off a local google search.The gentleman who answered was very polite and miles more knowledgeable than Dell. Not only did he explain to me how the boot process works, he gave me a few tips on where to start. Didnt push to make a sale or anything like that. If I cant figure it out myself, or even if I can I will bring all my computer related service needs to them from now on. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!!”
