Spent $90 for them to look at our two Dyson's. We already replaced the Dyson's but my spouse wanted to see if we could get them cleaned. One we use in the garage. I buy new Dyson's almost every two years. So I was told that it would be $90 to clean them I thought that was neat. But apparently when they took them apart they needed new filters etc. that is fine we bought them and then to be told it was another $100+ was silly. Listen I'd rather spend $400 on a new Dyson than to have someone clean it like that. It's a bad business model to charge and give back the vacuum as it was received. The guy even told me well we did clean some of it...like where? If you did clean it as is than I wouldn't be so disappointed. So no thanks I will never recommend your service. You really need to set better expectations or implement a new business model because apparently I'm not the only one that has this issue. Customers make your business survive. Good luck!Updated: I can do whatever I want with a vacuum after two years. Just like anyone can do whatever they want with their own money regardless of your opinion. Yes you called me and I wrote this review because I gave you my feedback and all you cared about was closing the ticket and getting me off the phone. You're missing the point, paying $90 for nothing is absurd. There was zero service done which I appreciate you saying that is an estimate to do minor servicing because A. The receipt doesn't say that, B. The vacuums that came back looked the same dusty and dirty. So I'm going to do a credit card dispute now because your service particularly for my vacuums obviously wasn't done. So yet again what did I pay for? This is now purely for principal so your company can improve the customer experience. What should have happened is there is a receipt for service, what you would be doing, and an expectation. We got a credit card receipt that is it. That fact right there plus your feedback is why you have poor customer service.

Asked them to fix my vaccum, which they did, but they also gave it a full cleaning and then some. It was a lightly used vacuum. I asked for the repair, but was charged for repair and cleaning...Update: same problem with my vacuum popped up again so I opted to buy a new vacuum instead of getting it repaired.

I took my vacuum for a repair, they told me they no longer sold the motor they needed to replace it. I took it somewhere else & they found a new motor the same day & it was not an expensive repair at all. Shame on you Conrad’s for your $30 charge of scamming customers & not even attempting services.

Conrad always has knowledgeable and helpful staff that will sell you what you need, and/or help you figure out what your looking for. Commercial or residential they have what you need.

I have gone to Conrad‘s many times. They are always extremely helpful and I could always find what I need there. The hard goods like the mops and buckets work so so much better than what you would find at a big box store.

I went in on Wednesday to pick up scrubbing pads for my old Hoover super tank shampoo/polisher. I got great service and a recommendation on wax remover. I have used wax remover before that did nothing. This morning with the remover and my Hoover my floor looks like new!! Thanks ladies

I have been going to this place for 25 years. I'm always impressed with their knowledge of their products. It's like these people live and breathe vacuum cleaners. A lot of stuff they know right off the top of their head. They literally got my replacement parts just by looking at them. All I did was describe what was wrong with each piece I didn't even give them any part numbers and then bam they had all the correct parts and we're ready to ring me up. It's very odd these days to find anybody this good.

This place is so professional and friendly. The inventory is amazing. Anything you need or want to clean your house is there and they also have commercial products for sale if you have a business. The brands they carry are high quality. They did a great job fixing my vacuum and helped me with multiple questions about the Pogo floor cleaning system- Mopping my floor will never be the same. I actually enjoy it! Waiting for the air purifier/humidifier to be back in stock. I like going to this store just to see what they have to make my life easier. 5 stars.

Brought my rug doctor in for repair, they not only fixed it but also looked and found out the part was under warranty saving me a ton of money. I would highly recommend them!
