I called yesterday since my prescription would go back on the shelf today. I asked if they could extend it for me until today (just 1 extra day). They said it wouldn’t be a problem. I come in today and was told it was put back on the shelf and it would be over an hour to have it refilled. So I wasn’t told the truth by the person I was on the phone with yesterday. It’s really a waste of people’s time to lie. Especially since the pharmacy is really out of the way for me but make it work because of my insurance. My suggestion is to stop telling customers one thing and having it not be true. I went out of my way to call to make sure they could extend for nothing and that’s really upsetting.

Rarely has prescriptions in stock. I’m not notified if it’s unavailable unless I call and navigate through 5 minutes of prompts. Then I have to rely on someone to transfer them to another pharmacy. Why wouldn’t it automatically be transferred to a location that has it?? At least tell me if it’s out of stock when you get the order. Obviously I need it for a family member if a doctor called it in. Usually only 1 person working the register so if 3 people are checking out, it’s going to be a wait.

CVS is like the RC Cola of pharmacies. No one WANTS an RC Cola, but sometimes it's your only option. Just a heads up, if you make someone visit three different locations of your garbage pharmacy in one day looking to fill simple prescriptions, maybe you can do the right thing and not close your pharmacy a few minutes early. (You know you did. ?)

If you’re into getting hung up on having the rudest pharmacy techs talk to you having the worst pharmacy manager explain why your medication is not correct this is the place for you if at all cost you do not have to use this pharmacy do not use it

Incompetent pharmacy techs led by incompetent pharmacy "manager". Techs will say one thing regarding prescription availability and pharmacy manager will say another. In the end you end up wasting days when a competent pharmacy could have filled your order with no issues. When you call and they are busy, they have no problem making you wait on the phone and then hang up when its your turn. One time they even handed me a prescription for someone else after verifying my name and DOB. If you want your prescriptions filled on time without any issues, this is not the pharmacy you should use for you and your family.

Worst pharmacy in the area. They will intentionally wait until after business hours to notify you they are out of a medication. The pharmacist is insufferable. Entire staff in dire need of training. Go elsewhere.EDIT TO SAY: this rating is only for the pharmacy. The older gentlemen usually working the store checkout area has been nothing but polite, friendly and extremely helpful.

The Pharmacy will not answer phones and every time I fill a prescription there is a problem. They need to work on there manners. They hang up on you and are very unprofessional, yet you can here them chatting about their lives in the background while the phone continues to ring. Never have I had to explain the same thing so many time. I wish they treated customers with respect, answered phones, and not understanding what the doctor writes for a prescription. I have trouble every time! Unlike Walgreens which I never had a problem

TL;DR: Pharmacist needs to work on customer service. Please clarify which medications I am paying for. Two stars because my other visits to this pharmacy have been okay.Edit: After looking at other reviews, it seems like "attitude" has been an issue at this pharmacy for years. Shame.Normally I have an okay time at this pharmacy, but on 11/5 at 1:10 pm, I did not have a great experience. I pulled up behind a few cars. By the time I pulled up to the window, the pharmacist was closing the pharmacy down for lunch. Okay, kind of sucks that I was the last person in line and they couldn't take an extra minute to help me, but hey, they've got to eat and keep to a schedule. Fine. I'll try not to cut it so close to their break next time I pickup. I wait in the parking lot, pull back around at 2, and the pharmacist asks for my name and birth date for my pickup. "That'll be $X.XX." Unusual for a pharmacist to not tell me which medications I'm paying for and ask if I have any questions. I pay, she hands me one medication instead of two. She immediately walks away from the window, and I have to wave her back over to ask about the second medication.My mother says she's had similar experiences with rude pharmacists at this location and has changed pharmacies for this reason. I'm not asking for a song and dance. I just want to feel valued as a customer and person.

The pharmacy staff are very incompetent. They do not provide the correct number of pills into the prescriptions, there are long wait times for calls and drive thru services, and they will unjustly cancel prescriptions that your doctor prescribes. Strongly recommend to NOT use this CVS location. They even reused medicine, in which when I pulled the label off of my bottle before recycling, I could clearly see the name of another patient who was supposed to receive the same medication. It’s a violation of privacy and the law for the individual who was exposed. I refuse to go back here!

Was standing there for about 10 minutes trying to drop of a prescription. Nobody noticed me but there is tons of pharmacist there. Instead they stood there talking. Many other people who were picking up was offered help even though I was standing there before them. Phone was constantly ringing and there was about 5 to 6 people there.

Super awesome if you wanna wait 3hrs to get a prescription or checkout anything in the store. Expect serious wait time no matter what you need from there.

Been on hold for long enough to cook and eat a meal waiting to talk to a pharmacist, and at the time of writing I still have not spoken to a human. The distorted over compressed on hold music is reminiscent of the sound of a dial up modem booting up. The occasional interruption of an overly friendly robot voice reminding me to stay up to date with my vaccine is my only companion in this dark endless journey.
