Terrible … an associate named gabby was no help at all when asking about a credit card reward not being available and was rude about it . Also don’t sign up for the credit card you won’t see your reward of $50 . Also the online customer service terrible as well when they say it’s available and it’s not . Just shop at the brand store you’re looking for such a headache ….

Agree with prior reviews - they do not accept returns - once you walk out that door, it's yours despite the 90-day return policy stated on back of receipt. Let the buyer Beware. Store must be trying to improve it's net sales with corporate. Returned my item at Dick's in Oswego with no problem whatsoever. You will be doing yourself a favor by going to another Dicks in the area such as Oswego or Bolingbrook.

Nice bright store, well organized with a big shoe department. They carry many popular brands and everything is displayed nicely.

Ordered a Stanley cup online and had my order canceled due to item being out of stock. Received a $10 coupon from customer service as a “sorry for the inconvenience.” went into the Joliet location, found the item in stock in a different color and went to check out. Cashier would not honor the code because “we don’t do discounts on Stanley products.” Tried explaining the code was given as a ‘sorry’ not a Stanley specific coupon. She wouldn’t honor it. I called customer service and he explained that it should have been honored because it’s from customer service and store wide. Poor customer service on Joliet’s end. I am not encouraged to come back and shop here.

Awhile ago it said they had shorts in store and we have been looking for them forever and they ended up not having them because a woman stole them that morning and she "got away too fast." In addition to that, this store has walls for their shorts. There was a 2 for $30 deal on the DSG shorts so we grabbed two and our person checking us out argued that it was only for skorts and dresses when there were 2 signs on that wall for those shorts. Great stuff... just not organized well.

Bought a BMX bike online, went to pick it up and with the help of the bike salesperson there, it was determined that the bike we bought online was not the best fit and another bike would work better. The salesperson help with the exchange and setting up the new bike.
