Apparently the "Air " tech is new. I understand the temps suck and you guys are busy, but my guy is just so slow when it should not be over an hour to get some air. You've this guy a tablet or a computer station and some better instructions

On Friday I asked if they could rotate my tires and check for a leak in one of them. It was suggested a make an appointment for another day for faster service. I asked for an appointment for Saturday. He suggested 10:30 but to show up by 10:25am. When I arrived at 10:25am I waited for10 minutes before being helped. The tech advised me I missed my appointment which was yesterday. I told him I was in yesterday and the tech made the appointment for today. Crickets. He could not help me so I left. These people are complete idiots. So having no choice I went across the street to the dealership. I will end my 20 year relationship with discount tires having seen their service drop significantly over the last few years.

2 hours to change 1 tire when I was told “there’s only 1 car ahead of you” is absolutely ridiculous. Mechanics are talking more than working. I’ve come here for years and this was my last time. Never coming back again.

Got there at noon to get my tire patched, said it would be done at 2:15, a little after 3 i ask for an update. Still 3 people in front of me and wont give me an estimated time, everyone who got there before me was already taken care of, people who got there after me were already being worked on. Absolutely ridiculous.

This location has slid downhill in terms of quality work. It took three visits to get things right. I took in a loose wheel to have the damaged tire replaced. First, I noticed they put the directional tire on the wrong way. Took it back and they switched it around. Then I realized they replaced the black valve stem with a chrome one. Took it back again. Then when I mounted it on the car and cleaned it I found the wheel was very scratched, as if it had been dropped on its face.
Since then I've noticed the balancing weights are applied crooked and stick out beyond the spokes on another set of wheels. Maybe it's one burnt out tech who doesn't care, maybe it's the workplace culture and they're overworked, This was my go to place, not anymore.

Why is this the only location to not check your tires and are super rude about it too. Like dang, every other location does and is super pleasant. Everyone I encountered at this location was awful.

Had a nail in the middle of my rear driver side tire. I called the Joliet location and was told that they had no appointments. I arrived at 300pm and was told that I needed a new tire which I was ok with I had the warranty and only had to pay &53.00 for it. The employee had tried to up sell me another tire for the rear passenger side. When I told him no. All of a sudden he could not get me in until 6pm right at closing time. During my wait other customers came in and was taken care of before me. After a two and a half hour wait they finally fixed me tire. I Will never go back to that place again. It was so obvious to me what had happened to me. I would never recommend that place to anyone!!

They were very nice but left lug nuts loose. It was scary driving on highway hearing tires shaking.

First time I ever went to discount tires made an appointment through someone by the name of Manny. Everything went as promised. Manny was awesome. Got four tires was out the door within an hour could not have been any better.
