Store was filthy and the cashier was the most rude employee I have ever encountered. I walked up and she was loudly complaining about being at work and hating her coworkers. She rang up my items and I asked to apply a coupon, she said it would automatically apply so I trusted her but sure enough it didn’t. I asked her to apply it and she said she was going to have to redo everything and yelled to everyone in line it was my fault it would be a while before they were helped…. After re ringing everything she said my coupon was out of date even though it says right on top of the coupon that it expires 3/1/25 (today) and somehow my order was $4 more the second time she rang it in….. when I left she yelled how she really needs a smoke now.
EDIT she never actually refunded the first transaction so I was charged twice for her incompetence

This store is 5 minutes from my house never has anything I'm looking for on the shelves and is always inconveniently closed in the middle of the day. always empty boxes in the middle of the aisle and stick is always on the floor everywhere.

I went to this location recently and I was treated very well, the cashier also informed me about additional discounts!!

Never have anything you need, dirty and most of the staff and management are rude. Plus when you leave empty handed because they never have what you need they will make slick remarks on your way out and the GM will come take pictures of your plates and car. I am a manager in the Joliet area and deal with the public as well and so get it but I would never treat a person with such disrespect.

Cory and Augistin the manager are really kind and helpful! Cory greeted me at the door with a nice hello. Nice store. Organized and easy to find everything!

SCAMMER! NEVER BUY IN THIS STORE!They are using scamming strategy to scam people and make they pay more than expected in addition an order online with everything in. Stock they removed 12 articles and validate the order even though I never came to pick it up asking a refund 5 hours before.SCAMMING!

It is acceptable, it is just that it is very empty, you never find cat food, and many products are missing, and the staff, some of them are very friendly but there is a very rude lady but from then on everything is very good

Worst dollar store around!There always closed… they don’t have half the stuff stocked… because there under staffed and have some lazy staff!Don’t get me wrong.. They have a couple good employees, ( like the guy with the hat) but I don’t think they can keep employees… the upper manager lady.. when she’s there.. she always looks busy… but they also have people like the young, tall thin guy.. with all the Rings.. that’s also a manger of some kind..who in my opinion really shouldn’t be a manager of any kind…he seems very lazy! He’s always outside smoking, in his car sleeping, or if you ask one of the employees where he’s at.. they’ll tell you he’s hiding in the back or sleeping in the bathroom!

This is crazy. I been coming to the location at 7:30am because they open at 7am. I went today and they told me to come back in the afternoon?! This location is going down hill ! I will be calling corporate!

Last week I shopped at this location, I bought several items and I1pair of .55cents eyeglasses off the clearance rack, they rang up $1.20 cents. I told the associate the price is .55cents, the associate became very opposed to the tagged price requesting the full amount & stated pay it or not! And she couldn’t & wouldn’t honor the clearance price tag marked!, Neither would the store manager on duty.I bought the lashes, and also filed a complaint with the corporate office.
