This is my favorite place. The store manager is the hardest working person there. She does everything to make the store presentable. She is only one person though. Sometimes the shelves are empty and u see her in the aisles doing her best. Get her some good people to help her

MAJOR inventory management problem, especially since they changed their pricing structure. Their inventory deliveries exceed their storage space and staff size. Unopened boxes that would normally be kept in the warehouse are now cluttering the aisles to such an extent it's hard to get around. Popular products quickly run out and don't get restocked while slow-movers sit on the shelves and get re-ordered even though there is no need for it. There is not enough shelf space for the inventory and are not enough employees to both keep the inventory in good order and man the cash registers.
Generally speaking, this Dollar Tree is a plus to the community, but it has some serious space, inventory management, and staffing level problems that could be significantly improved if they are ever wisely addressed.
