Emailed, texted, and called his office numerous times to talk about our current plan after mishap. Had to call corporate to cancel our auto & property insurance!

After being a loyal customer for 10 years, we decided to cancel our home and auto policies 6 months ago over the phone and via email providing documentation that we were insured elsewhere and they sent us to collections!! Don't sign up, or you'll never be able to leave them. Ready to sue them for running our perfect credit.
