Thief, liar, scam artist. Overcharged us for 10 years Double, yes Double!!! What we are now paying State Farm insurance I asked for reviews and adjustments. Nothing. Bob never available, off on vacation on our money no doubt. The feelings I expressed are nothing more than that, my feelings. As for the being charged double for 10 years pure fact!! By the way Maddie who virtually runs that office is beyond wonderful!!! She is a bright light in a dark black world of cheat car and renters insurance. Save yourself

The worst agent!! Madeline will lie to you and give you false info. Asked for a quote before purchasing my new vehicle and what she told me and what the actual premium was completely different! Several hundred dollars more! Called several times with questions she could not answer, was told I would get a call back, never called back. Horrible customer service. Needless to say we changed insurance companies. Don’t use this agent if you want to overpay.

Farmer's Insurance has always given us top-notch, personalized service whenever we needed it. From insurance plans we have had in the past to current money management funds, we have had nothing but ease working with Bob and his team. I would use highly recommend them for any services you need.

No Pembrooke HOA was not happy with Farmer's service. Farmer went up about $750 on the monthly insurance after a claim was filed due a unit fire. I told the agent that Pembrooke will drop them if they go up on our rates. Consider yourself dropped.
